 Mindful Journaling

A calm, flowing, creative, mindful journaling experience, designed like a yoga class for the mind.

My journaling workshops offers a calm and grounding space where both experienced practitioners and beginners are guided to slow down, listen within, reflect, explore, and journal in a creative, intuitive, and compassionate way.

You don’t have to be a writer or into yoga—the prompts play with poetic and thought-provoking ideas about how we live and aim to help everyone get out of the head and into the body, writing more freely and making sense of what is going on in your life.

Why I journal?

"No matter what is going on in your life, the journaling pages will meet you where are and listen with compassion and no judgement. It's a powerful, safe and supportive  way to download thoughts and feelings, express and process emotions, spot your patterns, destress, get unstuck, unblock creativity and make sense of it all. "

“It was very interactive, insightful and deep. Karin is holistic in her approach and understands the needs and challenges of all her attendees on an individual one to one basis and guide them step by step. Thank you for helping me discover this new world.."

"I find the workshops an excellent way to pause and reflect. They provide unique, inspiring and thought-provoking prompts to guide the group through the session. I highly recommend the workshops for anyone, from complete beginners to seasoned journalers, who may wish to enhance their mindfulness practice and explore their thoughts through journaling, in good company."

"Karin's unique style,  guidance and held space create a scaffolding to let thoughts unravel on to the page.  The approach to journaling lets you go at a pace that is right for you – you can stay on the surface or you can dig down to whatever level is right for you.  Often the collective theme finds its way into your own meaning – its fun to explore and there is no pressure and that is what is so lovely.."
